Degrease Buffer HF – Degrease Tank
Degrease Buffer HF – Degrease Tank (high flash point) (product 457) is a powerful industrial degreaser based on aliphatic hydrocarbons. It is used to remove encrusted grease, oil and grease on parts using a cleaning table (VOSSEN-Junior 60 or VOSSEN-Economy 200). The operating principle is based on the phase separation of the degreaser and buffer liquid in the vessel. Each time fresh Degrease Buffer HF – Degrease Tank HF is sucked in from about halfway through the vessel and used. The used, contaminated Degreasing Buffer HF – Degreasing Tank is led back from the flushing tank all the way to the bottom of the vessel. There the (polar) contamination remains buffered, while the degreaser can be sucked in again. Eventually, the entire liquid (Degrease buffer HF – Degrease container) in the vessel will be saturated and must then be collected and processed by a recognized waste company.
